How can we prevent our true subscription products from prorating when refunding? The team would like to provide full refunds, without prorating.
On the amendment quote we adjusted the end dates (end date = 1 year from the original quote start date) to get around prorating, but the price adjusted back upon clicking create order. Please help!
Set the Amendment Start Date on the Contract record to match the contract start date. Then click Amend. In the amendment quote, set the quantities to zero. That should do it.
