Starting September 26, 2017, Salesforce CPQ and Billing Customer will integrate its case management with Salesforce’s Help & Training to open up new channels of collaboration for you and to ensure we can serve you in the best, most timely manner possible.  Partners will be logging cases in the Salesforce Partner Community.
