Opportunity Product Troubleshooting

The following list details common causes for Opportunity Products not generating from a Primary Quote:

 

  1. Product is not Active.
  2. Product does not have an active Pricebook Entry in the Opportunity's Pricebook for that Product's currency.
  3. Product has the "Exclude from Opportunity" field checked.
  4. Primary Quote is an Amendment and the user did not change quantity for an existing Quote Line.
  5. User did not increase Product quantity when the Primary Quote is a Renewal and the Quote Line is an existing non-subscription.
  6. Quote Line has the "Optional" field checked.
  7. User does not have permission to change Opportunity Products on the Opportunity.

Where would one determine whether or not permissions are granted (number 7)? I'm having trouble finding this.

I got a different issue when we are trying to make a Quote primary, an error message is thrown as below and Opportunity Products are not being created:

 

" A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this records. Contact your administrator: Division by Zero"

 

 

We researched over all workflow/approval/flow field updates on Quote, Quote Line Item, Opportunity, Account and Opportunity Product- but we did not get any such field updates where we are deviding by any field (which would have value as zero)
