Hide Totals Select if you want to hide quote totals from appearing on the generated quote document.
Line Numbering

This field specifies how to number Line Items on generated documents.

Your generated quote document can display quote line items with gaps in the line item numbers if your users have hidden certain line items. You can avoid this by using customized line item numbers on the generated quote document.

Enforce consecutive numbers by selecting one of the following options:

  • Start at Quote: Keeps a single set of sequential numbers for all quote line items across groups (if any groups exist.) Hidden line items are excluded from these numbered line items so there are no numerical gaps.
  • Start at Group: Restarts numbering for each group of quote line items.

Tip: If you'd like an image to span the entire page of an HTML Template Content section, set the image width to 540px. The image height will auto-format.

Tip: Best Practice for translating standard Salesforce fields into foreign Quote Templates is to clone your template and translate the column headers and text in Template Content records (which also needs to be translated).
